Description

What is Ulraviolet (UV-C) LED Water Disinfection?

Disinfection Principle
Due to the ultraviolet rays with wavelengths at 200 nm to 280 nm, it can effectively destroy and terminate the DNA and RNA replication processes of bacteria, viruses and spores, achieving the purpose of inhibiting the proliferation of harmful bacteria.

Scientific studies prove that UV light reliably inactivates 99.99% of all viruses, bacteria and fungi.

UV-C LED Disinfection Module:
The UV-C LED Disinfection Module we are using is by far the world's first and smallest UV-C LED product designed for water disinfection. This component integrates state-of-the-art LEDs into a unique and compact design, without the use of chemicals or mercury-based lamps. LEDs also allow for instant full-intensity power, unlimited cycling and a heat-free transfer of water.

The module is manufactured in the US and has been tested and certified by NSF International against NSF / ANSI / CAN 61 for materials and structural requirements.

It has also received 3rd party validation by Ohi State University professor and GAP Environmental (Certified Lab) to complete testing in accordance with US EPA drinking water guidelines.
